Terms of Sale
These terms of sale (the "Terms") govern every order placed on tunisia3dprint.com. They are written in accordance with Tunisian law no. 2000-83 of 9 August 2000 on electronic exchange and commerce.
By placing an order you accept these Terms. Please read them before you pay — they are freely available, with no account and no login required.

2. What we sell
The site takes three kinds of order, and they do not all follow the same rules. The distinction matters, particularly for the right of withdrawal in section 9.
| Kind of order | What you are buying |
|---|---|
| Quoted print | A part printed from a 3D file you supply (STL or OBJ), to the options you choose |
| Store product | An item designed by a creator, shown in our store and manufactured by us |
| Catalogue item | An item sold directly by us |
Images, illustrations and 3D renders are indicative. A three-dimensional printed part naturally shows small variations in colour, surface finish and dimensions; those variations are not a defect.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in Tunisian dinars (TND), to three decimal places.
Every price displayed is tax inclusive: it already contains value added tax at 19%. No further tax is added at payment.
Tunisian law requires a fixed fiscal stamp of 1.000 TND on every invoice. It is a fixed duty on the document rather than a tax on the goods.
It is added to your order as a separate line, shown to you at checkout before you confirm and pay, so the total you pay is already the total on your invoice. It is the only amount that is ever added to the prices shown on this site.
Delivery costs, set out in section 5, are added to the price of the items and shown separately before you confirm the order.
The price that applies is the one displayed when you confirm your order.
4. Ordering, reviewing and confirming
Before any payment, the order summary shows you the items, their quantities, the price of each item, the delivery cost and the total to pay. At that point you can change your order, correct a mistake or abandon it, in accordance with article 27 of law no. 2000-83.
The sale is concluded only once your order is confirmed and payment accepted. You then receive a confirmation by email.
On request to contact@tunisia3dprint.com we will send you, within ten days, a document setting out all the data of the sale, in accordance with article 29 of law no. 2000-83.
5. Delivery terms
We deliver within Tunisia only.
| Delivery cost | 8.000 TND, whatever the number of items |
| Free delivery | on orders of 90.000 TND and above |
| Time | 7 to 14 working days from confirmation of the order |
| Carriage | by a Tunisian delivery partner appointed by us |
This is a total time: it covers manufacturing the part and delivering it. On this site the part does not exist when the order is placed — it is printed for you. That is why the time is stated end to end rather than as a dispatch time.
It may be exceeded in the event of force majeure or difficulty in sourcing raw material. We will tell you as soon as we know.
6. Payment terms
Three payment methods are accepted:
- Bank card, e-dinar and electronic wallet, through our payment provider Flouci. Your card details are entered on the provider's secure platform and never pass through our servers.
- Bank transfer. Our bank details are given to you when you order. Manufacturing starts once the funds are actually received.
- Cash on delivery, paid when the order is handed over.
We do not offer instalment payments.
7. Cancellation policy
As long as manufacturing has not started, you may cancel free of charge by writing to contact@tunisia3dprint.com with your order number. Refunds follow section 10.
Once manufacturing has started, cancellation falls under the right of withdrawal in section 9.
We may cancel an order whose payment has not been confirmed, whose delivery address is clearly wrong, or whose supplied file is technically unprintable. In that last case we contact you before cancelling anything.
8. Faulty or non-conforming parts
If the part you receive is broken, badly printed or does not match your order, write to contact@tunisia3dprint.com as soon as you can, with a photograph if possible.
We reprint the part free of charge and we pay the return postage. A manufacturing fault is ours, so the cost of putting it right is ours too.
Where a reprint is not possible, the order is refunded under section 10.
9. Right of withdrawal
Article 30 of law no. 2000-83 gives a consumer ten working days to withdraw. That right does not, however, apply in the same way to the three kinds of order described in section 2.
9.1 Store products and catalogue items
The right of withdrawal applies in full. You have ten working days from delivery to tell us your decision, without having to give a reason.
The item must come back to us complete, unused and in its original packaging. You pay the return postage where the return is simply a change of mind.
9.2 Prints made from your own file
A part printed from a 3D file you supplied is made specifically for you, to your specification. It does not exist in stock, cannot be put back on sale, and has no value to anyone else. On that basis it falls within goods made to the consumer's specification, and the right of withdrawal does not apply to it.
This exclusion covers the printed part itself, and nothing else. If a part arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, section 8 applies in full and this exclusion has no bearing on it. And if a print simply disappoints you, write to us anyway. We look at these one at a time and will usually find a fair answer, including where we are not obliged to.
9.3 Digital files
We do not currently sell any digital content. The models shown in our gallery are made available free of charge. Should that change, these Terms will be updated before anything is offered for sale.
10. Returns, exchanges and refunds
To request a return or a refund, write to contact@tunisia3dprint.com with your order number and the reason. We will reply with what to do next; please do not send anything back before you have that reply.
| Situation | Return postage | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Faulty or non-conforming part | We pay | A free reprint, or a refund |
| Change of mind on a store product | You pay | A refund |
| Change of mind on a print from your own file | — | Not available (section 9.2) |
Refunds are made by the same means used for payment, within a maximum of ten working days from receipt of the return or from acceptance of your request.
Cash on delivery is a special case: a cash payment leaves no payment method to credit. The refund is then made by bank transfer, to an account you give us. We will ask for your bank details for that purpose only.
Exchanges follow the same rules as returns.
11. Legal guarantee
You have the benefit of the legal guarantees provided by Tunisian law, including the guarantee against hidden defects. Nothing in these Terms restricts them.
12. Dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, contact us first at contact@tunisia3dprint.com or on +216 56 401 310. We undertake to look for an amicable solution — it is almost always the quickest route.
Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute concerning the interpretation or performance of these Terms falls within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Première Instance de Sousse (Court of First Instance, Sousse).
13. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Tunisian law, in particular law no. 2000-83 of 9 August 2000 on electronic exchange and commerce and law no. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data.
14. Language
These Terms exist in French, English and Arabic. Where the versions differ, the French version prevails.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. The terms that apply to your order are those in force on the day you place it. The version number and the date it came into force are shown at the foot of this page.
Version 1.2 — in force from August 19, 2026
