Cookie Policy

This page explains which cookies tunisia3dprint.com places on your device, what they are for, and how to control them.

A cookie is a small text file saved by your browser. It lets a site remember something from one page to the next — that you are signed in, for instance, or that your basket holds three items.

1. What we do not do with them

We do not sell any data derived from cookies, and we do not use them to follow you around other websites.

2. Cookies set by our own systems

2.1 Strictly necessary cookies

Without these the site cannot work. They cannot be turned off from within the site.

CookieWhat it does
`wordpress_logged_in_…`, `wp-settings-…`Keeps you signed in and remembers your display preferences
`woocommerce_cart_hash`, `woocommerce_items_in_cart`, `wp_woocommerce_session_…`Remembers what is in your basket and makes checkout possible
Security session cookieProtects forms against forged submissions
`_lscache_vary`Serves the right version of a page depending on whether you are signed in

2.2 Preference cookies

CookieDurationWhat it does
`tn3dp_geo_lang`1 yearRemembers the language you chose, so you get it again next time
Translation tool language cookieSessionDisplays the page in the current language

On your very first visit your country is inferred once from your IP address, to pick a default display language. That country is not stored; only the resulting language is. As soon as you change language yourself, your choice overrides any automatic detection.

2.3 Measuring where orders come from

Our store records how you arrived on the site, so that it can be attached to an order and we can tell which channels work.

CookiesDurationWhat they do
`sbjs_first`, `sbjs_current`, `sbjs_first_add`, `sbjs_current_add`, `sbjs_udata`, `sbjs_session`, `sbjs_migrations`6 monthsRemember the site, search engine or campaign link that brought you here, the page you entered on, and how many visits you have made

⚠️ These are not strictly necessary for the site to work. They are set by our own site, never by an advertising network: they are used only to see which channels bring orders, and cannot follow you across other websites. You can delete them from your browser at any time without breaking anything.

2.4 Audience measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and to see which pages and which steps are actually used: how many quotes are started, how many reach a displayed price, how many become an order. It tells us what to improve. We do not sell any of this data and we do not use it for advertising.

CookiesDurationWhat they do
`_ga`2 yearsTells one visitor apart from another, without naming you
`_ga_J095LMJNXX`2 yearsKeeps the state of your visit, for the same measurement

⚠️ These cookies are set by our own domain, but the measurement is carried out on our behalf by Google Ireland Limited. Google Analytics' advertising features ("Google signals") are not switched on for our account, so these cookies do not attach your visit to a Google account and cannot follow you across other websites. They are not necessary for the site to work — deleting them changes nothing for you.

3. Cookies set by third parties

Some features rely on outside services, which set their own cookies:

ServiceWhenWhy
Google reCAPTCHAOn pages carrying a formTo tell a human submission from an automated one, and block spam
Social sign-inOnly if you choose to sign in with an outside accountTo carry out the authentication exchange
Payment providerOnly during a payment, on their own secure siteTo process the transaction
YouTube / VimeoOnly if you press play on a videoTo play the video

Videos are embedded in no-cookie mode and load nothing until you press play. Simply viewing a page that contains a video therefore sets none of these cookies; only playing it does.

4. How to control cookies

Your browser lets you see which cookies have been set, delete them, and refuse third-party cookies. The controls are in the privacy settings of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge.

⚠️ Blocking strictly necessary cookies prevents signing in and stops the basket working. That is not a privacy choice; it puts the site out of service.

Deleting the language cookie is harmless: the site will simply offer you a default language again on your next visit.

5. Personal data

How personal data connected with your browsing is handled is described in our privacy policy, written in accordance with law no. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004.

6. Contact

Any question about this page: contact@tunisia3dprint.com or +216 56 401 310.

7. Language

This policy exists in French, English and Arabic. Where the versions differ, the French version prevails.

8. Updates

If we add a service that sets new cookies, this page is updated and the service is named on it. The version number and date are shown at the foot of the page.
