Terms of Use

These terms of use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of tunisia3dprint.com. They cover browsing, accounts and content.

Purchases are not governed by this document but by our terms of sale.

By using the site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Publisher

The site is operated by FM MECA SARL, limited liability company (SARL) under Tunisian law, registered office Cité Ezzayatine, Ksibet Sousse, 4041 Sousse, Tunisia. Contact: contact@tunisia3dprint.com.

2. Access

Much of the site is freely readable with no account: the gallery, the store, the quote tool and every legal page.

An account is needed to order, to exchange messages, or to submit creations.

The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: maintenance, an update or a hosting failure may make it temporarily unavailable.

3. Your account

• The information you give when registering must be accurate and kept up to date.
• An account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out from your account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
• Tell us immediately at contact@tunisia3dprint.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

A display name suggesting you are part of our team, or using our brand, is not allowed and will be refused or changed.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Some data is retained where the law requires it — see the privacy policy.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• post content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, violent or pornographic;
• upload a file or model to which you do not hold the rights;
• order the printing of an object whose manufacture or possession is prohibited by law, in particular a weapon or a weapon part;
• attempt to reach an account, a file or a part of the site not intended for you;
• disrupt the operation of the site, in particular by automated or bulk submissions;
• systematically extract or copy the content of the site.

We may refuse or remove content, and suspend or close an account, where these rules are broken.

5. Files you send us for printing

Your files remain yours. We use them only to produce your quote and fulfil your order.

By sending them, you warrant that you hold all the rights needed to have them printed. If a third party claims rights over a model you entrusted to us, that warranty applies.

We may decline to print a file that appears to infringe someone's rights, or whose subject is unlawful. We will tell you, and the order will not be charged.

6. The model gallery

Models published in the gallery remain the property of their authors and are made available under the licence stated on each model. Check that licence before reusing a model, particularly for commercial use.

The gallery is free. We do not warrant the accuracy, printability or fitness for any particular purpose of the models published there.

7. Creators

Offering a product for sale is a separate relationship, governed by two documents the creator accepts separately: the designer agreement, presented and accepted before any idea is described, and the earnings policy, which sets out how royalties are calculated and paid.

Where these Terms and the designer agreement differ, the designer agreement prevails in everything concerning the creator relationship.

8. Messaging and notifications

The internal messaging system is for exchanges about a project, a creation or an order. It is not for commercial solicitation.

Service notifications — order confirmation, progress, password reset — are part of how the site works and cannot be switched off while the account exists.

9. The site's intellectual property

The structure of the site, its text, images, brand and code are protected. No reproduction is permitted without prior written agreement. This protection does not extend to creators' models or to your own files, which remain the property of their authors.

10. Liability

We take care that the information published is accurate, without being able to guarantee it is complete.

We are not liable for the use you make of a model downloaded from the gallery, nor for damage arising from using a printed part in conditions other than those it was designed for.

Nothing in these Terms sets aside the legal guarantees owed to a consumer, or our liability for a manufacturing fault, which are covered by the terms of sale.

11. External links

The site may link to third-party sites. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. The version that applies is the one published on this page; its number and the date it came into force are shown at the foot of the page.

14. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Première Instance de Sousse (Court of First Instance, Sousse).

15. Language

These Terms exist in French, English and Arabic. Where the versions differ, the French version prevails.
