We print parts from your own 3D files, and we sell ready-made products designed by our community. There are two ways to order, and they work a little differently.

I have a 3D file

  1. Upload your STL or OBJ file. It is measured in your own browser — at this point nothing has been sent to us.
  2. Choose the technology, material, quality and quantity. The price updates as you choose.
  3. Get a quotation you can print or save, then add it to your cart.

We also tell you how well the part is likely to print, with plain-language tips. That reading is advice, not a guarantee, and it never blocks an order.

I want something ready-made

  1. Browse the store. Every item carries a Product No — quote it if you ever write to us about it.
  2. Open the product and add it to your cart. The price is fixed and shown on the page.

Store products are designed by independent designers and produced by us here in Tunisia.

The one difference worth knowing before you order

A store or catalogue product can be returned like any other purchase.

A print made from your own file cannot: it is made to your specification, so the legal right of withdrawal does not apply to it.

A faulty or non-conforming part is always covered, whichever way you ordered. And if a print simply disappoints you, tell us — we look at each case and usually settle it fairly, even where we are not obliged to.

What it costs

  • Prices include VAT at 19%. Nothing is added at the end except the lines below.
  • Delivery anywhere in Tunisia: TND  8,000 — free above TND  90,000.
  • Fiscal stamp: TND  1,000, shown as its own line before you pay. It is a duty on the invoice document, not a tax on the goods.
  • We sell and deliver in Tunisia only.

How you can pay

  • Cash on delivery — you pay the courier when the parcel arrives. We call you first to confirm the order.
  • Bank transfer — our account details are shown as soon as you order, and again by email. Quote your order number as the transfer reference; we start as soon as the funds arrive.

You can follow your order at any time on My orders, and we email you at each step — in the language you were browsing in.

How long it takes

Production takes 3 to 5 business days. Counting delivery, allow 7 to 14 business days in total.

Is your order urgent? Contact us when you place it and we will prioritise it whenever we can — we cannot promise a shorter time every time, but we would rather you asked.
